Sylvia Jennifer Fotografie neemt niet op basis van geautomatiseerde verwerkingen besluiten over zaken die (aanzienlijke) gevolgen kunnen hebben voor personen. Het gaat hier om besluiten die worden genomen door computerprogramma’s of -systemen, zonder dat daar een mens (bijvoorbeeld een medewerker van Sylvia Jennifer Fotografie ) tussen zit.

GEAUTOMATISEERDE BESLUITVORMING

Sylvia Jennifer Fotografie verwerkt de volgende bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens van jou. Omdat een foto ook een persoonsgegeven is kunnen de volgende 2 punten herkenbaar zijn in een foto.

– ras – waarbij dit een herkenbaar gegeven kan zijn in een foto. Ras wordt niet tekstueel vastgelegd of gekoppeld aan een naam.
– gegevens van personen jonger dan 16 jaar. Met Sylvia Jennifer Fotografie leggen we ook kinderen vast die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Omdat een foto een persoonsgegeven is wordt dit vastgelegd. Als je er van overtuigd bent dat wij zonder die toestemming persoonlijke gegevens hebben verzameld over een minderjarige, neem dan contact met ons op via info@sylviajennifer.nl, dan verwijderen wij deze informatie.
